Meet Stripes, one of four feral kittens who have made my garden their home. These kittens have never been socialised and haven't interacted with humans before this past week. Today, we managed to coax him to take food from the hand, a complete breakthrough. Our goal is to support these kittens and their mum until we are able to get them trap-neutered-returned in order to prevent further breeding of this cat colony (as it is unlikely the old cats in the colony would ever be able to live as house cats, and the kittens may be too old for socialisation as their behaviour towards humans has already been learnt).
